Getting Started with Care

Three Easy Steps!
Step One: Veterinary Consent

Dr. Jamie is a human chiropractor and rehabilitation therapist therefore veterinary consent is requested prior to the first treatment. Dr. Jamie holds great value in working with your veterinarian. A team effort in care gives your animal the best chance of health and success in therapy.

EITHER give the form to your primary veterinarian to fill out and fax back OR call/email Dr. Jamie to obtain the referral for you.

Services available with concurrent veterinary care and referral only. Dr. Jamie Mabeus is a Doctor of Chiropractic, licensed to the care of humans, with a certification in veterinary spinal manipulation - animal chiropractic - and veterinary massage and physical rehabilitation. She has completed 226+ hours of extensive training in animal chiropractic and an additional 142+ hours to physical rehabilitation to the care of large and small animals. Animal chiropractic training and certification is the same for licensed DC's and licensed DVM's.

Dr. Jamie Mabeus is NOT a veterinarian and cannot take responsibility for primary care of animals.
